About Sarah Holt

I am an accredited Psycho-dynamic Psychotherapist who is a member of the BACP.
I split my time between supporting clients at the Priory Wellbeing Centre, and my own private practice in Salisbury.

My clients come to therapy for a wide range of needs including; navigating life transitions, overcoming childhood trauma and abuse, processing traumatic experiences, grief, stress, anxiety, depression, overwhelm, relationship difficulties and addiction.

I have worked for 20 years in addiction recovery, maintaining addiction recovery, relapse prevention, working with family members affected by addiction, and have in-depth knowledge of the 12 Step programme.

In the last several years I have also supported a significant number of clients working the ACA programme (for Adult Children of Alcoholic & Dysfunctional Families), and various other recovery programmes.
I can support you in working the steps, and with getting the optimal benefits from recovery workbooks and other programme literature.

The next step would be to telephone or email me to arrange a preliminary 10-minute chat to talk about what you might be looking for in therapy.

I work in person or on Zoom.
